Product Registration and Transparency

Transparency you can verify

We believe you deserve to know exactly where our products stand. This page shows our product-registration status, country by country, alongside how our products are regulated for sale in the United States.

Registration requirements differ from country to country, and the process takes time. Rather than make broad claims, we publish our real status here and update it as it changes. Panama is officially registered. Guatemala is in progress. Other markets are under evaluation.

Registration status by country and product

The table below reflects our current understanding for each product line. Status is provided for transparency and is not legal or regulatory advice.

What each status means

  • Registered: the product has completed the registration process required for retail sale in that country.
  • Registration in progress: an application has been submitted and is moving through review; the product is not yet cleared for retail sale there.
  • Under evaluation: we are assessing the regulatory pathway for that market and have not yet begun a formal registration.
  • Marketed (United States): the product is sold under the applicable U.S. framework described below, not through an FDA pre-market approval (which dietary supplements do not require and do not receive).

How our products are regulated in the United States

Dietary supplements and DSHEA

Our dietary supplement products are marketed under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). Under DSHEA, dietary supplements are not pre-approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration before they are sold. Instead, the manufacturer is responsible for ensuring the product is safe, properly labeled, and not misbranded. We support that responsibility with third-party lab testing and a published Certificate of Analysis for our products.

This is an important distinction: “marketed under DSHEA” does not mean “FDA approved.” No legitimate dietary supplement is FDA approved, because the law does not provide for it. Any seller who claims their supplement is FDA approved is mischaracterizing how the category works.

Consumable hemp and Texas DSHS

Our hemp-derived products are produced from hemp containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC, consistent with the federal 2018 Farm Bill. As a Texas-based business, our consumable hemp products are registered with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) under the state’s Consumable Hemp Program. Availability and legal status can vary by state, so please review the rules in your location.

How we back it up

  • Third-party lab testing: every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for potency and contaminants.
  • Published COAs: the Certificate of Analysis for each product is available so you can verify what is inside.
  • Honest status: we publish registration status as it is, and update this page when it changes.
