Hemp-Derived Products and Federal Law
The hemp-derived cannabinoid products we offer are formulated to comply with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the 2018 Farm Bill), which removed hemp containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) by dry weight from the federal definition of marijuana. Solverra Holistics sources and sells products intended to meet this federal hemp standard.
Texas Hemp Framework
We operate as a Texas-based retailer and work to align with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Consumable Hemp Program and applicable Texas Health and Safety Code provisions governing consumable hemp products. State and local rules change over time, and certain product categories or delivery methods may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a given product is permitted where they live before purchasing.
Age Requirement
All purchases require the customer to be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order you affirm that you meet this age requirement and that receipt of these products is legal in your state and locality.
Lab Testing and Transparency
Products are third-party lab tested, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are made available so customers can review cannabinoid content and contaminant screening for the items they purchase. Lab testing supports product transparency but does not constitute a health or medical claim of any kind.
Individual Results and Responsibility
Cannabinoid products may affect individuals differently. Do not use these products if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication without first consulting a physician. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery while using these products. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets.
