Lab testing & COAs
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Our products are tested by independent third-party laboratories. Each product’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) is published so you can verify potency and purity. Learn more on our Certificate of Analysis page.
What does a COA show?
A COA documents the product’s identification and batch, cannabinoid potency, and screening for contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbials.
Legality & compliance
Are hemp products legal in Texas?
We sell hemp-derived products that are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) rules, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Laws change and vary by state and locality. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply where you live, and availability is limited to states where a given product can be sold lawfully.
Will these products cause impairment?
Some products contain cannabinoids that can be intoxicating. Do not drive or operate machinery while using them, and start low and slow. These products are for adults 21 and over.
Age requirement
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be 21 or older to browse and purchase. We use age verification, and qualifying deliveries may require an adult (21+) signature with valid ID.
Shipping
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed in 1 to 2 business days, with transit usually 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Full details are on our Shipping page. Dallas-area customers may qualify for local delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility and how to start a return. For safety reasons, some consumable items may be non-returnable once opened.
