Creators must disclose paid or gifted partnerships clearly and conspicuously (for example, hashtag ad or hashtag sponsored) per FTC endorsement guidelines. You must be 21 or older to promote any 21+ product, and may only run 21+ messaging to a 21+ audience. Talk about taste, ritual, sourcing, and lab testing -- never health, medical, or disease outcomes. We give you a disclosure kit and an approved-claims list when you join.

Who this is for

We run one creator program with three lanes. Pick the one that fits how you create — you can run more than one.

Program tiers

Every approved creator starts at Standard and climbs automatically on trailing 90-day approved commission volume. No re-application — the engine promotes you.

• Commission is calculated on the post-discount product subtotal (pre-shipping, pre-tax).
• Influencer codes can pair a customer discount with your commission.
• One reward per order: an order earns you cash commission or loyalty points, never both. Your account is set to commission by default.

Attribution and holds (so there are no surprises):

• Referral links use ?ref=YOURCODE; the click sets a 30-day last-click cookie.
• A coupon-linked sale (your personal code) always attributes to you, even without the cookie.
• Commissions sit pending for 30 days (the refund window), then flip to approved.
• Approved balances pay out once you clear the $50 payout threshold; anything under rolls forward. Refunded or cancelled orders reverse the commission.

Content guidelines

We give you an approved-claims list and a brand-asset locker when you join. Keep it simple:

• Talk about taste, ritual, sourcing, lab testing, and your honest experience.
• Do not make health, medical, disease, or “cure” claims of any kind. Our products are wellness and lifestyle products, not medicine.
• Use our current logos, palettes, and product names from the locker — do not alter the wordmark or invent product benefits.
• 21+ only: you must be 21 or older to promote any 21+ product, and you may only run 21+ messaging to a 21+ audience.
• Respect each platform’s rules for regulated and age-restricted products.
• No spam, no cookie-stuffing, no fake scarcity, no buying your own referrals (self-referrals are auto-blocked and can end your account).

FTC disclosure (required)

US law requires you to clearly and conspicuously disclose any paid or gifted relationship with Solverra:

• Put the disclosure up front, where it cannot be missed — not buried in a thread, behind “more,” or in a wall of hashtags.
• Use plain language: #ad or #sponsored, or “Solverra sent me this,” or “paid partnership with Solverra.”
• Use the platform’s built-in paid-partnership / branded-content tools where they exist (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Disclose even when you only received free product — gifting counts.
• Each post needs its own disclosure; one disclosure does not cover a whole feed.

We supply a ready-made disclosure kit, but the legal responsibility to disclose is yours on every post. Non-disclosure can end your participation and forfeit pending commission.
