1. Who we are and what this Policy covers
Solverra Holistics International, LLC operates the website at solverraholistics.com (the “Site”), a direct-to-consumer store for hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoid products (including products that may contain Delta-8 or Delta-9 THC), along with related wellness and merchandise items. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, create an account, place an order, or contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This Policy applies to the Site and to the account, checkout, and contact forms hosted on it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

The Site and our products are intended only for adults. Products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids (including Delta-8 / Delta-9 THC) are offered only to individuals 21 years of age or older, and only where legal.
