1. Who we are and what this Policy covers

Solverra Holistics International, LLC operates the website at solverraholistics.com (the “Site”), a direct-to-consumer store for hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoid products (including products that may contain Delta-8 or Delta-9 THC), along with related wellness and merchandise items. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, create an account, place an order, or contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

This Policy applies to the Site and to the account, checkout, and contact forms hosted on it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

2. Age requirement

The Site and our products are intended only for adults. Products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids (including Delta-8 / Delta-9 THC) are offered only to individuals 21 years of age or older, and only where legal. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we do not direct the Site to minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, confirm your age, or contact support, we collect the information you give us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order contents, age or eligibility confirmation, account credentials, and the content of any message you send us.

Payment information. When you pay, your card or payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems; we receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation, the last four digits, and billing ZIP) needed to complete and support your order.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Site, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functions (such as keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and storing your age-verification confirmation), for security, and, where enabled, for analytics and advertising. See Section 6 for details and your choices.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders;
  • create and manage your account;
  • verify age and confirm that a product may lawfully be sold to your delivery address;
  • take payment and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and abuse;
  • operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • send you transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, service notices);
  • where you have opted in or as permitted by law, send you marketing and promotional messages you can unsubscribe from at any time; and
  • comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us, such as payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, website hosting, email delivery, customer support, age verification, and analytics. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Solverra, our customers, or others, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

Some analytics and advertising cookies may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where that applies, we honor opt-out rights as described in Section 7.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies, needed for the Site to work (cart, checkout, sign-in, security, and age-gate confirmation). These cannot be turned off through our Site.
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies, where enabled, which may be used to measure and personalize marketing.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through a cookie banner or preferences tool on the Site. If we detect a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in a jurisdiction where it must be honored, we treat it as a request to opt out of applicable analytics or advertising cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • to know or access the personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it;
  • to request correction of inaccurate information;
  • to request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • to request a portable copy of information you provided;
  • to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; and
  • to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or use the contact details in Section 11. We will verify your request as required by law before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider.

California residents: the categories of personal information described in Section 3 map to categories under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we honor opt-out preference signals for any analytics or advertising activity that qualifies as a “sale” or “share.” You may exercise your CCPA-style rights using the contact details in Section 11.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site and our products, to maintain your account, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. Order and transaction records may be retained longer where the law requires.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we collect, including access controls and encryption in transit at checkout. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect to what an order or inquiry actually requires.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their own privacy policies govern the information you provide to them.

11. Changes to this Policy and how to contact us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and material changes will be made clear on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
