Product registration
Registering your Solverra product links your exact unit to its third-party lab report (COA) and starts a warranty record for your batch. It is free, optional, and takes about a minute. We built this to make you safer, not to track you -- the full list of what we collect and why is shown with the form below.
- Verify what you bought against its published Certificate of Analysis.
- Start a batch warranty record, dated from your registration.
- Let us reach you directly in the rare event of a batch recall or safety update.
Your privacy: exactly what we collect and why
We believe registering a product should make you safer, not tracked. Here is the whole picture, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- The batch or lot number on your package, and the product SKU if you provide it.
- If you arrived from your order confirmation, the linked order number and purchase date (read from your order, never re-typed).
- The date and time you registered, and the IP address of the request, used only to prevent automated abuse.
Why we ask and how it is used
- To link your unit to its exact third-party lab report (COA) so you can verify what you bought.
- To start a warranty record tied to your batch, dated from your registration.
- To contact you directly in the rare event that your batch is recalled or has a safety update.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your registration data with any third party or advertiser.
- Registering does not sign you up for marketing email. Any newsletter is a separate, clearly labeled opt-in.
- We do not use this form to add hidden charges or auto-renewals. Registration is free.
How to opt out or remove your data
Registering is entirely optional and your lab reports are public to everyone in the COA directory whether or not you register. To correct or delete your registration record at any time, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it.
