Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Carriers and the UPS Hemp Program
We ship hemp-derived products through carriers that accept legal hemp shipments, including UPS under its Hemp Program. Carrier availability can vary by product and destination. We select the carrier and service that can lawfully deliver your order to your address.
Adult signature on delivery
Because our products are intended for adults 21 and over, qualifying shipments may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Please make sure someone 21 or older is available to receive the package, and be prepared to show valid government-issued ID.
Shipping rates and transit
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and the service selected. Estimated transit time is typically 2 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier.

Customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area may qualify for local delivery on eligible orders. Contact us with your delivery ZIP code to confirm availability and timing.
Where we ship
Product availability and shipping eligibility vary by state because of differing state and local laws. If a product cannot be lawfully shipped to your address, it will not be available for purchase at checkout. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
